I have a 2007 Winnebago View and some of the brackets that hold the plastic body trim have come loose from the panels. Does anyone know the recommended adhesive to reattach them?

Call 3M and ask. I attached our solar panel mount using VHB and it has withstood 120+mph wind speeds. Cleaning is VERY important!

Thanks all. I started looking for VHB tape and find a bunch of different part numbers. Which kind should I get?

3M makes an adhesive specifically for adhering trim to auto paint. Maybe that is what you need?

Another vote for VHB tape. Clean the surfaces and use the tape. Be sure to get in the right place first try. You won't get it back off (-:

You could search out 3M VHB tape. It is used to apply skin to aircraft. It will not come off again.

The Sealant Callout doesn't seem to have the panel to mounting bracket info, just external parts to skin, if that makes sense.

The Winnebago manual should have the information you are asking for.
