3-2-1 Cake desert

For a great desert for 1 or as many as you want.

1 box of Angel Food Cake mix
1 box of any other flavor cake mix you want.

Combine the contents of the two boxes together thoroughly. this is where the 3-2-1 come in. In a Microwavable coffee cup add 3 tablespoons of the cake mixture. 2 tablespoons of water and mix until the batter is smooth. Then one minute in the microwave. When the time is up take the cup and turn it upside down and give it a good shake. The cake will pop out. you can eat it hot or cold. Top it with whatever taste good to you or just eat it plain.

UHOH... I can see I'm going to have to add a can of "Whipped Cream" to the camper fridge. This looks fun...and super easy!!

No you don't have to greas the Mug or other container you use, We use the I cant believe its not butter tubs. the small one of single serving ,bigger one for double.

Already made three batches! I used devils food, is there a way to make it a little more chocolaty?

You can double it and micro for 1 1/2 min. We like chocolate the best. Lemon cake next.!
