I tend to stick with Tabasco or a Tabasco like product for everyday stuff. I generally steer clear of the ghost pepper and habanero pepper sauces because they are either too hot, or in order to make them tolerable they add some many numbing ingredients(like carrots in habenero sauces), that you can't really taste the pepper flavor.
There is another that is always in our house and it's called Pepper Plant Hot Sauce. We stick with the original and the chunky garlic.
