I am very unhappy with Good Sam’s Camping World which I have been a member of for almost 20 years.
I tried to place an order for a sale item during the February sale, but the rep said because there were so many orders and a delay in shipping from the manufacturer; they could not take my order at that time. He told me to call back later and when the problems were resolved I could place the order at the sale price. On my second call back, which was after the sale, a rep took the order, however, Armando, the Supervisor overruled the rep and refused to honor the sale price. Clearly they reneged on what I was told twice!
I feel that either the first 2 reps erred, or Armando was unwilling to listen. This is simply not acceptable! I feel if they can treat a long-time customer like this, I will need to shop where I can depend on what I’m told.
