Good Sam Discount at Camping World

I received the merchandise certificate of $25 for joining GS. I can't find anything that it is valid for. Everything online is internet sale and not valid. Any suggestions or is it a waste of paper?

I like to use madera outdoor because they plant two trees with every purchase, and the tents are good quality for the price. They are around $85 dollars.

Got the $25 offer for two year renewal today. Considering the restrictions, I Decided that It would cost me more than that to travel to a CW store to use it, so I will pass. Besides that, I can probably save more by buying stuff somewhere else anyway.

I had the same thing happen to me. Got a certificate and not be able to use it online. So, I happened to be by the local Camping World one day and stopped in and used it for some small things. I find most if not all items sold by Camping World can be purchased elsewhere at a lower cost.

after 15 years of camping, have always had any certificates from cw honored at any cw I was at. Have had many certificates over the years.

I would save it til I was on a trip...passing by a cw, stop, shop, use it.
PS: (have had problems with service at some cw, but have also had great service at other ones....as with any chain)

That is until they loose the recept, or tell you it's not valid on the item, or they find some other excuse. I have had them deny mine 3 times so I have "0" faith in the "Good Sam Care Team".
