HELP ASUS?????????

I bought a ASUS Pad (4x7") and for the last 4 months really liked it but it has started to act up. When I try to use the key board that pops up, some of the letters don't work, but if I turn it then it works but then stops and I have to turn it back to get the next letter to work. Sliding down the top info bar is now not working. Sometime you have to touch a icon 4 or 5 times to get it to work. NO I didnt buy insurance as it is a high rated product. Any ideas?????

Full factory reset. It will delete everything. Try browsing through the Transformer forums for any other solutions. BROWSE HERE

I would check for updates. If not, a reset wouldn't hurt.
