RF interference can affect your WiFi speeds, a lot of devices use the same frequency spectrum that WiFi uses. WiFi channel congestion can affect the speeds, All WiFi APs will default to one channel, may need to try changing your AP and devices to a different channel.
All BT devices use the same 2.4Ghz frequencies as WiFi, Microwave ovens and even microwave relay links used by phone companies use 2.4Ghz band, portable telephones used for landlines also use the same 2.4Ghz band
Try perhaps to separate your devices or turn off the other devices and see if your speed increases on the laptop.. Other devices too close can affect the WiFi speed. Some radio cards may do better with dealing with RF interference than others.
Too much RF noise causes the WiFi radio cards to auto negotiate the speeds down until reliable transmission connections are made.
What is your WiFi access point capable of?
How old of a laptop?
Older laptops may have WiFi radio cards that are not capable of newer wireless speeds (802.11b was capable of 11 Mbps and came out around 2000, 802.11g came out around 2003 and is capable of 54 Mbps).
Some radio cards of newer specs may also have additional settings which allows you to manually specify which 802.11 spec to use instead of auto negotiate.. Check your WiFi card settings to make sure it is set to the newest setting allowed or auto negotiate the settings.
Even your iPhone is suffering, 14 Mbps is very bad WiFi connection, it should be capable of considerably higher speeds as it is specified as 802.11ax/ac/n/g/b/a..
