On-line vs store inventories

It would be helpful if customers could see on-line if the items they want to purchase are in stock at their local store or if an on-line purchase is necessary. It's frustrating to try calling the store as employees are always helping folks. If you look at the Home Depot website it will tell you if an item is available in your selected retail store. I'm sure others would like to know if an item is in stock before making a trip to their local CW retail store.

This should already be in place on their website, plus if item it is not available it can be sent to the nearest location for in-store pickup similar to Walmart. Very smart indeed, I've yet to leave a Walmart without picking up additional items (too many sometimes) when using their ship to store service. With so little foot traffic in the CW store in our area you would think this method would have been incorporated many moons ago. Oh well, do wish I could do more business with them, but pricing, shipping, and store availability of sale items are just not up to speed with their competitors.
