I have had several opportunities to purchase products at the Avondale, AZ CW store. Recently we purchased a Splendide combo washer dryer. Sandy scheduled the installation for the $29 installation sale and saved us hundreds of dollars.
Our first use on the road we couldn't find the bleach dispenser cup. When we returned home to AZ we called Sandy and she got on it right away. I called the CW store to find out what was happening and Sandy informed me that she had contacted supplier and a replacement cup was on the way to our house via UPS. Two days later we had the cup.
This is an example of her outstanding job of providing the best possible Customer Service after the sale.
