Satellite 119 with DISH seems to cut in and out on motorhome

We have a winegard satellite which was installed at the factory, came with our coach. We have a Wally with DISH and all worked well for over 3 years now, my problem just popped up and it is with the satellite 119, seems ALL channels on that satellite are fine for about 5 minutes then switches to SD and or Total signal loss. Is there a chance this may just well be the WALLY is bad? Anyone else have an issue with? We have called DISH, and all we get is the routine...unplug, reset, let it do it's thing, etc.

Use this map:

Western Arc:
Western Arc - Satellites: 110, 119, 129
Use the Western Arc if you are in this region. Local channels will be available while traveling within your local service area.

Legacy Western Arc
Western/Legacy Eastern Arc Overlap - Satellites: 110, 119, 129
Use the Western Arc in this region to receive most HD channels.
However, most local channels will not be available. Use the Legacy Eastern Arc (110, 119, 61.5) in this region if you are traveling within your local service area and wish to receive local channels. However, some HD channels may not be available in this arc.

Got an email last week that the Wally receivers needed a software update. Did it over the weekend, so far no issues.

I've been losing all signals a couple days a week at my house for a week or so. This is not during a storm. I have the 211k box.

We have not used the sat in the RV for a while, but home has seen no problems. Only time ours ever shifts to SD is sometimes during storms. And even that has occurred less and less the last few months, even rarely losing signal altogether as it used to.

I think Dish recently changed something somewhere. I have set up a tripod mounted 1000.4 on Eastern Arc for the last 8 years, in the same park, in the same exact location, on Memorial day weekend. Just pull the 211K out of the house where its connected to a 1000.2 WA dish, and set it up at campground on the EA setup. This year no dice. Despite having strong signal on all 3 birds, could not get the locals I could get before (same locals as home) and lots of the HD channels would throw the partial or total signal loss errors and revert to the SD equivalents. I had to have Dish change the zip code, and flash the receiver, which did get me locals from the middle of the state, but still having some issues with some HD channels. I've moved and re-peaked the setup now 3 times. As far as the locals from the middle of the state, I am only 28 miles east of home and know for a fact I am still in the local spot beam for the western side. Dish something amiss I think.

I suspect they have moved some channels around, either between birds or transponders, and do not have the bugs worked out yet.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

We have been having the same problem in the S&B for the past few weeks. Partial to full signal loss. Sometimes it says we are experiencing a weather event but there is not a cloud in the sky. Signal is 50+ when it's working properly. Irritating.

Call Dish again and tell them how many times their tech support have tried to resolve your problem. Tell them you want them to send a Dish tech person out to your RV to diagnoise the isssue.

I'm using Dish in my house and on the HM also. Here lately at home between 5 and 7 pm we've been experiencing the complete signal loss intermittently. The strange thing is, when we press the GUIDE button during one of these episodes, the picture comes back in the window and stays there. Eventually, the Guide times out and switches back to full screen where we get the signal loss message again. We're using a Vip211z receiver. I think the problems has to do with the sun overpowering the satellite signal but I'm not sure.
