TV Coax Woes

I need help!! I haven't been able to receive a signal from my wineguard antenna. I read the antenna tune up and followed the instructions, but have not gotten anywhere with it.
Here's what I have so far:
Signal booster unit is OK. It has 12 volts coming out. I checked with a pigtail coax.
I ran a jumper coax from antenna side of power unit to antenna, to eliminate any problems with it. I was able to locate 15 channels, so I know the antenna is OK.
I am not getting any voltage at the connection coming out of the rooftop antenna, so I took the handle off and fished the coax out of the ceiling, broke apart the joint and checked the coax from the ceiling. No voltage there.
I replaced the coax connector on the antenna coax coming out of the wall, then checked the end coming out of the ceiling. Nothing. I'm stumped now. I tugged the wall/ceiling coax from both directions to see if I could pull another coax attached to one end or another, but it appears to be anchored somewhere in the wall or ceiling somewhere.
Any suggestions?

This is not satellite. This is OTA.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?
