Searching For A TV/DVD Combo

Know a good alternative to Garmin Basecamp

I love my Garmin but hate their Basecamp. It has to be the most user unfriendly way of mapping trips to download I have used.Their old Mapsource was fine. Even considering an alternate gps if it has user friendly mapping for my pc.
