Stand a normal bike on it's rear wheel and take a photo looking straight down and it too will appear to be the size of an umbrella. It would just be taller, exactly like this bike.

How can you have political wheels on a bicycle? If you have left and right wheels on a bicycle, it would seem to me that you are riding it wrong!
