Broken Bathroom Vent Screen

We've got the basic bathroom vent fan in our TT. I went to take down the screen to clean it and almost all of the little plastic clips broke off when I went to push them back to take the screen down.

What are my options for replacing them?

No, they are molded into the plastic frame.
