Cedar Fever relief

After several winter seasons in the Texas Hill Country the Juniper pollen finally caught up with me about a year and a half ago. It's locally known as Cedar Fever. After a visit to a local allergist I elected to undergo a procedure called Cryosurgical Posterior Nasal Tissue Ablation. Basically they freeze some nerves at the back of the nasal passages. It won't do anything for those who suffer itchy eyes and ears from the Cedar Fever but my only symptom was continuous nasal drainage down the back of my throat and it completely stopped that. The procedure itself is painless because of the topical and injected anesthetics but, fair warning, there is a fair amount of discomfort for the next 24-48 hours. After that, though, the relief was complete and very welcome. Hope this is informative for those who repeatedly suffer from Cedar Fever.
