I been told that my Auto Elect jacks leveling are no longer support with parts. So I need to convert to Hydraulic system. I like to buy a good system since I will be paying to have it installed. Any suggestions I been told Hwh has a good system but after calling the sales department person, he is overwhelmed with this problem and was very rude and short he could not recommend a model for me so I could research? He told me to contact a Rv service and I'm traveling in Oregon.

redmond rv service in redmond oregon can help you. hwh designs systems to fit specific chassis designs, so they can help you find the right one.
camping world can also help. even if you dont buy the system from them, they can tell you which system will fit. just ask them for a bid to install a system on your coach. btw, their prices are lower than most dealers.
sorry about the factory experience, i dont work in that office.
i do work for hwh. i do not sell parts or solicit service work on this forum.

as side note, you don't convert 'leveling jacks'
you replace them with a different operational type/system
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

You are โ€œnotโ€ the first to experience HWHโ€™s, friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. That alone would send me to Bigfoot!

you are saying your 30,000# RV ? has jacks with electric motors at each jack ?

the only 'C' have seen that wieghs that much is a Super C on a freightliner chassis
and hydraulic jacks

my 34ft Safari DP was 22,000# and my current 36ft bounder is also 20,000+

please clarify

i haven't seen electric motor jacks on a motorhome of any size , in many years

More Info:I have a 2008 Class C, 30,000. Dry weigh Motor home and the controller will not operate the jacks. I went to a Rv shop and they said they could find a rebuild controller, which was very high price and no guarantee and no refund. I done with my power gear automatic electric Jack leveling system !

I will suggest to go with 6 points Lipped if the trailer can be fit.

What are the jacks for? Class "A", Class "C", travel trailer, or 5th wheel?
A little more information might get you some quicker and more accurate answers.

โ€œIfโ€, you are considering a change of this magatude.....think about going all the way to auto-leveling. The Bigfoot System would get my โ€œhighestโ€ recommendation!

If you are traveling and the jacks work one way or another, wait until you return home IMO.

Sounds extremely expensive to change and very labor intensive..

If the jacks are working (IE no broken gears), can you just run them manually?

If the jacks are good, then you might be able to just bypass the control panel with manual toggle switches and a few relays.
