Many smaller vehicles do not have the frame or body structure to use weight distribution hitches.

Well the dude was passing the vehicle that shot the video, on a two lane highway, towards the end you see the oncoming traffic.

They have their trailers set up so the tongue weight is low. That way they can tow them with the smaller vehicles. You see more trailer crashes from overseas than you do from NA. I don't even believe hey are allowed to use WD hitches?
