Then contact JAYCO and ask WHY oh WHY have you done this :H
For one, a call to Jayco is long distance for me. Last time I called Jayco they had me on hold for 42 minutes before I even got to speak to them. At 30 or 40 cents a minute, no thanks. Emailing has typically got me the, "call us and we can help".
And I wanted to have a discussion with other people about it. I figured this was similar for other brands as well and people may have looked into it already or know more about it than I do. Typically that's what Internet forums are for.

What is the spring rating and the frame rating? Good chance some other equipment is causing the rating limit.
I know what you are thinking as my trailer has 3500 axles and 880 pin rating for 7880 GVWR.

Because Jayco rates GVWR by the sum of UVW plus CCC
UVW...4,005
CCC...1,495
GVWR..5,500
Then I'm asking where the CCC comes from. Why not 1995? The axles and tires can take it. Because we all know that the trailer that shows up at your door isn't 4005#, so you're CCC isn't going to be 1495#. Why not give more if the components can take it. Something must be limiting it. Frame? Suspension? I don't know enough which is most important in determining CCC.
