Looks like the truck/RV was one of the lucky ones and was able to stop in time.

Scottiemom. I was sitting in my office looking out the window at a very light snow, all of a sudden you could not see two feet in front of you. It dropped a couple inches of snow in a very short period of time.

There was a lot of news coverage of the accident, even on the national evening news. Many pictures and videos of the back of the fifth wheel but I never did see the truck. Just hoping they came out unscathed.

Looked like the 5th wheel may have been able to stop with semi's dodging him left and right. Amazing no life-threatening injuries.

Thanks for the pictures. We lived near New Castle for 30+ years and that road has some of the worst crashes even in good weather. We were back in the Hoosier state last week for a family funeral and decided to leave Saturday morning to avoid the winter storm coming in. Looks like it was a good move for us.
