If you employ a Blue Sky solar charge controller, the IPN-ProRemote with the shunt kit is a good battery meter.
If you employ a Magnum inverter/charger and the ME-RC50 remote, the ME-BMK battery monitor works well.

x2. I have the trimetric 2025 in both of my trailers, works fine for me. that said the others are very good choices as well. take a look at the specs and see what fits your fancy.

We have the Victron http://www.victronenergy.com/battery-monitors
I needed the smaller size and prefer the easy setup and reading. It is normally set to % state of charge.

Lakeside,

I use the Trimetric 2025RV.
There are others to choose from as well.
