braddandhall.com is one place to look. They are located in Elkhart, IN and make custom sized dinettes. The make their own wood cabinets, dinnettes, tables etc. which are sent out to a local Amish business for staining. They tend to deal in better products. We just replaced our dinette with a Flextsteel Easybed and a small 3 drawer end table made by them. Their service was outstanding and they are very nice people to deal with.

One reason I went to MFG is that I wanted the decor to match.
I gave them the VIn # and they looked it up and in 3 weeks had all the parts ready. Spent a couple of days in Chippsewana, Indiana. Large flea market there we spent time at while dinnette being installed.
The plywood on top of mine is more of an OSB board about 7/16 thick.

Good luck.

I just had to replace the seating area plywood on mine, and I would go to a dealer and look/measure some, and either make it myself, or find someone to make it. Mine was built pretty sloppy, and and the plywood they used on the top was the thinnest plywood I've ever seen. It was less than 1/8th inch thick. My daughters knee went through it when the was moving to the back of it.

It would be simple to build one, it was just constructed from 2x2's. I wish I'd take a picture while I had it apart.

An alternative might be to hire a local tradesman with experience in that area-builtins. A dinette is about as easy to build as a dog house but there will certainly be some installation idiosyncrasies.

I looked and looked 3 years ago for one. No luck, so I went to the Mfg.
When the dinnette was built from MFG I scheduled a trip in the area and had it installed. The price for shipping and installation was about the same.
