Grey water tank valve on my dads TT was stuck. I told him to pour a little veggie oil down the drain and it worked some. It will now open about 1/2 way. Any other tricks we could try?

If the sticking valve is close to the dump end, you can use the spray straw on a can of silicone lube to get lubricant to the valve. If it is some distance away, you can use a short length of automobile vacuum hose to make a long spray straw and direct the lubricant to the valve. Spray and then open and close the valve repeatedly and then repeat(better make sure your tanks are empty if you do this.
There's lots of advice and information in forums...
sometimes it is correct.

I think everything is enclosed and would have to cut liner to get too.

The valve works as a metal plate slides back and forth to open and close the valve....if you can get to the housing that when the valve opens it goes into...drill a small (1/8) hole in the middle of the plate...screw in a grease zerk...shoot grease into the cavity as it will keep it working smooth for long time...
