I found this map on another site. I thought it might be useful when deciding where to travel. We will use it in sections.

I planned the trip long before I had internet access and spent over 6 months requesting info and travel guides from the state department of tourism. In addition to the A/F museum and the ford museum I also visited the Cord Auburn museum. after two months I was glad to get home because the accommodations in the RV were primitive. No AC, propane heater with a pilot light that would blow out on a cold windy night. water tank that had to be pressurize with an air pump, Radio shack B&W 12 volt TV that was about6 to 8 inches. It did have a toilet that came in real handy after I made a trip into Mexico. It was very primitive but now that I look back it was one of the best vacations I ever had

Agree with other posters. This is not a good map to follow. You are missing some of the "Gems" . This map is severely lacking!

It is a "go to all 48 states" optimization exercise with one stop for each state except for two in California. I would not consider it useful for deciding where to travel because of all the places excluded, and the insignificance of many actually chosen.

Not really different from the "route a trip through 48 state capitals and D.C." which has shown up previously, but not using the "no backtrack" and "enter each state just once" constraints usually applied to this game.

Only 1 landmark per state (except there's 2 in CA). A fun exercise, but limited usefulness.
