Where to find custom/rv zippered mattress cover

So I'm buying a custom foam mattress (60x75x5) and now I need to find a (cheap) zippered mattress cover for it. Any ideas where to get one?

Everything I find is either full queen and/or 15" thickness. Smallest I could find was 9" and it was full queen.

The Foam Factory makes custom covers for their foam mattresses. You might be able to contact them with dimensions and get one made.

I bought white quilted fabric at WalMart, found an upolstery seamstress and she made zippered covers for all our bed cushions...we have 3 non-standard pieces. She even made individual fitted sheets from one king flat.
