If your going with children (all ages up to 21) CircusCircus is a nice campground. It is adjacent to the hotel, a short walk or tram ride to the casino and lots of carnival games, circus shows, and an amusement park on the grounds. Nice pool, good layout. You can walk along the Strip. But it is a paved full hookup parking lot, not really a "campground." We like the Oasis RV Resort. It is on Las Vegas Blvd, but off the Strip. Too far to walk. Well grassed, two lovely pools, one for families with a sandy beach, and one for adults. Shopping a short walk, 1/2 mile, and near the Outlet Mall for tourist shopping. A third choice is Sam's Town, across the city on Boulder Highway. It is adjacent to Sam's Town Casino. Again parking lot camping with a nice casino and restaurants, but a 15 min to 1/2 hour drive to the Strip. They do offer a regular free tram to all of the other Boyd Casinos in Las Vegas.
All are safe, clean, friendly, easy access parks.
Enjoy and Happy Trails.
