Absolutely. We use a smaller 350 watt inverter mounted in our entertainment center to easily power our 32" HDTV, HD satellite, and DVD player. Obviously, the amount of time you will be able to utilize your inverter for this purpose will depend on how much accessible 12 volt power reserve you have onboard your rig. A means of recharging must also be considered as it is best to not discharge your battery bank below 50% which could severely shorten a battery's lifespan. We run our onboard generator an hour or two daily allowing our Iota IQ4 converter to quickly restore consumed amphours.

      Hi,

Likely a 300 watt pure sine wave invert will all that is needed for a tv. Be aware that a 300 watt inverter going "flat out" represents a load of 30 amps on the battery bank.

Yes. Then get some solar to keep the battery charged and you are golden.
No idea the % of MH with inverters. Easy to add if desired.

Yes, you can use it for TV. Get one a little larger then needed for the combination of a TV, DVD/VCR and satelite receivewr.
Not all MHs come with inverter. Some are optional. These are normally larger inverters then needed for light loads like entertainment equipment.
Remember you may need another battery!
