2010 Dutch Aire 110v AC Issues

On 8/8/18, we traded our 2004 Dutch Star for a 2010 Dutch Aire DP. We officially took possession on 8/17/18 after it had reportedly been inspected by the dealer and the installation of several add-ons that we had requested. After the transfer was complete, we began travelling around to different locations. As of this date we have lost 110v ac power 17 times on 8 different occasions. This had at different times of the time, but has not been a daily occurrence. The power will go off and stay off for 30 seconds to 1-2 minutes and the generally restart once or more times before it stay running. The Progressive EMS has given several messages: high ac voltage on L-1 or high ac voltage on L-2, or line frequency high. The odd thing is that any roof airs that maybe running at the time do not always shutdown. Just now had shutdown #3 for today @ 9:45P. High ac voltage shown this time. What I have done the last several days this has occurred is shut off all breakers on the inverter side, wait 30 seconds +- and turn each on. This seems to cause everything to come back to life. Anyone have any clues as to the possible cause(s) or has had similar occurrences.

Doug,
In regard to ur post and the one by oldman,
It is the hardwired unit-50A (EMS-HW50C)
The electric tech who works for the dealership in Tx where we bought from also mentioned that it could possibly be a problem with the contacts not opening at the right time in the Progressive Dynamic Transfer Switch Model PD52.

If your EMS believes your input voltage is high or low, it will shut the AC down and then after a while will reset and try again. Have you checked your voltage at the pedestal. You may have too high a voltage. If it is borderline as your post indicates, you can bypass the EMS with the little slide switch on the unit. I wouldn't do this unless absolutely necessary as it bypasses the circuitry on the EMS and surges or other electrical problems will get through. If it is erroneously reading a high voltage when the voltage is normal, the EMS could be bad and need repaired or replaced.

Per conversation with a Progressive tech, we did bypass the ems by turning off the switch and he advised that we would lose a number of protection(s) but would still have high voltage protection at a minimum(?) About 1 hr after doing the bypass, we lost power for about 1 minute and again at 9:55P. That to was also off about 1 minute before coming back on and staying on. No further issues up to now. The Progressive tech and an acquaintance(who formally worked for cummins-onan in the shop both think it might be a pc board issue in the ems box. They reportedly will be sending another "logic" pc board via UPS to install.

Not sure which model you have. This manual shows a three pole relay in the unit. You could have loose connection on the relay or a bad relay contact.

Have had ac checked at the pedestal of the current cg and other previous ones before this and the voltage at them tested good.

Sounds like a neutral issue.
Bypass the EMS unit, This should tell whether it is in that unit. Call Progressive tech support.
