I have a dometic rooftop air conditioning unit on my TT. The a/c blows cold air , I can hear the compressor cut on and off however the fan continues to run. Even if I turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees the compressor will turn off however the fan will not cycle off. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this problem. Thanks!

Thanks everyone, that did the trick, I feel like a moron, I didn't know the fan had three modes. As always you guys came through. This site is very helpful, thanks again.

You have a 2012 model. READ the tstat/AC directions if you have them. You should have the Single Zone Dometic wall tstat LED readout. When you go thru the modes and you get to FAN, you will have 3 options. Lo/Hi/AUTO. Put it in AUTO mode to kick the fan off when temp is satisfied. Doug

Set the thermostat to fan and then you can cycle the fan speed of high, low, and auto. Then change back to the ac. Your setup sounds just like mine, which is a 1014 model. Mine on auto will run on high during the heat of the day, and then in the evening when the demand on the Ac starts to drop, the fan speed will change to low automatically. Once it hits the temp, my compressor and fan shuts off.

Ditto. I was thinkin, you got the fan set to H. Set it to auto.

Sorry Chris, it is ducted with a digital thermostat. I set it to a/c . The only functions on the thermostat are fan, ac, and heat.

Is it ducted with a wall mounted thermostat, or does it have the thermostat on the air distribution box? The wall thermostat, set the fan to auto, for the air box mounted knob thermostat, that's just the way it is.
