Best slide D seal caulk question

Out wildwood TT is 18 months old. I get on roof and inspect caulking about once a month. For a few spots on roof I have used dicor self leveling and non leveling on roof/wall seams for touch up work. Factory did a decent job overall but I'm not happy with the way the caulking on top of slide D seals have aged. I want to remove the old caulk whatever it is and recaulk. I have proflex caulk that I have used to cover screw heads etc. wondering if proflex is good to use on the D seals? Or if another caulk would be better. Question for the veterans.
