Blue tooth Amp Meter

This looks very interesting

50 amp, but also comes in 20amp, 100 amp, 200 amp

No need to decipher Chinglish instructions?
No shunt
Uses current sensor
Hook up (2) wires , leave in place, monitor with phone, tablet, or PC

Near as I can tell, it does not track capacity or percent of charge
You do not set size of bank
But it can tell you how much you took out in amp hours and how much you but back in amp hours
Once you hit 999.99
It looks like it resets to zero
Still looks like a nice easy way to monitor amps load, amps charge and voltage
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

DROCK wireless meter on Amazon

Yes this meter has more functions, this is the Americanized version of meter MexI referred to in another thread

DROCK usually provide better written English instructions,
Than you get when ordering direct from China on eBay

Not as simple to use
The default settings will be way off from RV battery capacity etc..
Will have to set battery bank size in amp hours and charge bank until absolute full charge
Then set current SOC to 100 percent
In order to establish accurate readings counting up and down on amp hours

DROCK sells very good stuff
I have bought several items from them,

What I really like about the first one, is No shunt
It is a 'Hall Effect' current sensor
Only the two power wires get attached , the sensor goes over/around the line being measured, then you can check it at the meter, or use your phone remotely, well approx 31 ft aka 10 meter via Bluetooth
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

This may be a better unit:

Looks interesting. I was about to buy a Victron 700 (I've used it before and works great) but might buy this instead. I'm only interested in seeing SOC as a percentage of battery capacity. Not sure if this will do that but if it can show amps in/out it might work. I can always get a Victron later if this doesn't do what I want.

i'm trying to find an excuse for getting one of these
maybe the 100a or 200a and put it on the inverter leads
or maybe the 50a and but it on the solar charge leads
yeah yeah i can already monitor the Grape 40 via BT
but hey redundancy is nice

looking around on ebay
i found 200a 300a and 500a versions

same thing, different amps, different seller names
I can explain it to you.

How does the BLUETOOTH work with this unit...

I probably didn't read far enough on the spec sheet page...

OOPS: just read about the BLUETOOTH... got it now...
