Holiday rambler roof question

Hello I took my hr next level in to a shop for a routine roof inspection. They told me that I need to replace the front and rear transition trim on the roof because it is not “wide enough “. Mind you I had no issues with the coach, and it has the original tpo roof on it in great shape . They said this is a known issue with hr trailers. I got it back and it looks awful. They used sikaflex not Dicor and the caulking sat nearly 1 in tall. I paid the bill after waiting several days to have them fix it. I scraped the sikaflex off and found that they used residential deck screws to fasten it and both trim pieces have a splice in them now. Hr trailer transition trim makes a soft 90 deg bend on the ends since the roof goes down the sides approximately 4 inches. Before I seal this up should I replace the screws and trim with a solid piece or lay down some self leveling Dicor and call it a day? It appears that butyl tape was used under the trim.

I have a picture of it. But I’m not real technologically advanced, how do you post pictures? I’m not kidding the caulking was piled on nearly a inch thick. When I picked it up initially I seen the roof caulking from the ground. I climbed up to investigate and found the rest. The owner agreed that his employees used way too much caulking and they would redo it. I left it there for 2 weeks and nothing was done. I got upset and said the heck with it I will do it myself. I called the place and emailed twice- I finally got a response that the owner had a stroke. I feel bad for asking but asked for a partial refund but no response yet...

Moving forward: Does anyone know where I could locate the OEM style aluminum strap and screw cover for a holiday rambler? The cover is not like a typical vinyl insert it covers the entire transition bar.

I’d go back to the place that did the job and let them know your not happy. IMHO I would order the correct trim pieces, get the proper screws , pan head I think, deck screws are for decks not trailer roofs. No reason to have a seam in the trim. Or you could just use eternabond tape and be done with it.
