Hot water pressure issue

Two years ago I installed a expansion tank in my TT. It is a small one but nevertheless works fine. Recently I've noticed that when I open the hot water faucet the water tends to come out very slowly as opposed to the cold which is fast.
The hot water pressure does not change when the line is charged or the pump is running.
Any ideas here? I'm truly stumped!!!
Thanking all in advance.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it.
One last question: Camco has a one way check valve where one side is male and the other is female. The picture shown above has both sides male. Which is a typical installation?
Dribbling showers no more!

What connection do you have on hot water line.......male or female?

Probably female, so male/male check valve would be direct replacement.
Is it time for your medication or mine?

My camper is located in upstate NY in the woods. I would consider taking a shot and buying a new check valve prior to going. My Atwood is the 6 gallon model. Would you know off hand what size valve I would need. Most advertised are 1/2"
Thanks again.
