Houston Trailer Maintenance - Wasps & Mud Daubers??

Good morning all.

I'm a Canadian that has moved to Houston this summer.

My house has wasp nests and mud dauber "nests" in many location.

I'm wondering what I should be doing for preventative maintenance on my trailer as I have a feeling the pests may find some spots that I don't want them to. Thoughts/advice welcome.

My typical Canadian fall routine has been to winterize the trailer! Not needed here!

Any other thoughts on what a regular trailer maintenance routine looks like in the South are welcome.

Thanks to all.

We screen anywhere a wasp can get into the fridge, water heater, or furnace. So far we've had no issues with them after 8 years.

Screen over the furnace exhaust, knock the nests down in water heater and fridge back panels, and run an ice pick up the fridgeโ€™s condensate drain.

Lots of hornet and wasp sprays. I typically use three or 4 cans a year around the jouse. The key is constant checking and spraying. Around Houston I guess your only real worry is going to be the africianized bees
