HWH Hydraulic Jacks ML0525 wont go down,clicking noise only

I just bought a 2002 Allegra class A motor home. It comes with the HWH Joystick Controlled Leveling System Series 200 - ML0525/MP05.1501
I raised the jacks up to move the RV a few feet and then when I went to lower the Jacks again they wouldnt go down at all. I turned the RV on (not the engine as the hydraulic control panel only seems to work when the engine is off and the key is in the on position). Then when I go to move the joystick in any direction all I here is a clicking noise coming from under the dash board. I can also see a tiny blue spark inside of the joystick box each time I also hear the clicking noise so I believe its all powered up but something is stopping the power from activating the pump I believe. I imagine its going to be just a simple part I need but I really dont know. This is my first RV ever

From the PIC, it looks like the motor bolt is burnt. Now, for replacement, you will need a PIC of the motor and the size(length) and diameter of the motor. Some of the OLD motors are no longer available and you may have to buy a complete Pump/Reservoir. If at my shop, I would send the AP number on the tank and the pic and measurements to HWH to verify which motor it is and if available. NEVER call them for this, Send it in an E mail. You can also remove the motor and see if a local Alternator/Starter rebuild shop can rebuild the motor if not available. Doug

Thank you so much Doug. I'll get to work checking it all. I'm hoping the motor doesn't need replacing. Any idea how much a motor runs to get replaced?

In your pic. Those 2 large cables are on the ONLY solenoid on your system. Jumping those 2 large cables together will cause the pump to run. IF when you do that you get a large spark, then the problem may be
1. Battery cable has bad low voltage or corrosion
2. the motor is locked
3. I have rarely seen motor locked. Usually it is just DEAD.
4. Just because you changed the batteries means NOTHING. The batteries may be good, but the supply from those batteries to the various 12 volt systems is the problem. Any Ground cable or positive cable that is corroded or loose means loss of power. The HWH pump ground is to the mount on the frame.
5. Odds are the motor is bad, if you can move the battery cable connected to the lug on that motor, then it is burnt out. The cable should not be able to wiggle and move. Doug

Okay so I had just put all new batteries in before this issue so I'm fairly certain it is not that. When I used the screw driver I saw sparks a little and I heard it click but it didn't do anything. I have a pump relay replacement but I don't want to put it on unless I know it's that part. Where is the solenoid located at? I was originally under the impression the relay switch was the solenoid but after going to buy a solenoid I realized the part I was thinking it was is not the solenoid.. Bad battery.
Run the generator and try again with Gen running.

The Joystick uses a GROUND signal to the HWH pump motor. Either you have a DEAD/BAD battery cable to the Pump solenoid(solenoid is mounted on the pump) or that solenoid is bad. Find
your pump. On a Tiffin your year, it may be up front by the radiator. The solenoid has 4 terminals on it. 2 large and 2 small. Take a heavy screw driver and jump between the 2 large posts. IF the pump runs, then the solenoid is bad. If it does not run, then either your battery supply 12 volt positive heavy cable is dead or corroded or the pump motor is bad. Doug
