I have had my share of issues with HWH Leveling Jacks but this is a problem I have never encountered before. My right rear Jack will NOT come down. Any advice is appreciated.

2 things that will cause your problem.
1. The RR jack electric solenoid is bad
2. The RR Jack solenoid does NOT get the 12 volt signal to open
3. The link below is for your system. IF you have the 600 series Auto level, this will still troubleshoot your problem. Doug

My advice would be to post this question in the Tech Issues subforum, where it will be seen. Most people do not read this subforum, which is for questions about the workings of the forum itself.

I also had a kickdown jack that would not come down. Went to the HWH website and downloaded the information on my jacks. Mine was the small cylinder on the side of the jack that pushes it down. When it fails it pushes the oil past the small cylinder and makes the jack extend while still in the store position.
