Kwikee Steps 4 way connector test

Hello, my Kwikee steps will not extend. I have power on the red wire at the 4-way connector but not power on the white wire for the step lockout switch. I do have power to the step lockout switch. The panel in the right front outside compartment shows all fuses “in” for the electric steps. Is there a 6 amp inline fuse I am not finding?
This happened once before when I tried to start the genset and the house batteries were so low I had to start engine in order to start generator. The steps stopped working that time but the next day they began working. Same scenario again but steps still not working.

The door switch test is good.
However I do not have power on the ignition override system (no 12v on yellow with ignition switch on). This is on a 2014 Winnebago VIA.
Thanks for any advice!

enblethen,

You are my new best friend! The locked rotor state was the problem!
I knew the problem was caused by low voltage! Thanks, Alan

This site has the step installation panel in PDF form. Slide down about 3/4 way

You could have blown fuse in chassis fuse block.
Make sure you check both grounds under the step.
