LED Light Conversion Done

Good afternoon RV.net sports fans. Thought I would share my new LED experience with you for those that might be interested

Today I swapped out all indoor and outdoor light bulbs in my 5er with new LED's.

With all inside and outside lights on my amp draw went from 37.1 to 4.4. The lights are brighter and not even close to hot like the old incandescent bulbs. I'm very pleased with the brighter light as I prefer it.

I am in the process. I have done over half the inside lights on this RV, hardly use outside house lights so may not replace, Replacing on a "BOB" basis when the fatory installed 13 year old lamnps expire.. LED's replace.

Main room florcesent are now all LED less than half the current and twice the light (I use 5 meter strips of LEDs for each pair of fluorescent tubes) Half bath Bedroom (One 5 watt florcesent left This is a "Flood" type light LED replacement in sock drawer awaiting BOB (Burned Out Bulb)

I"m not sure on the main bath,,, I did not use it for a while

A few lamps get very little use so they may be a while before I replace them.

After trying a bunch of different ones from ebay and everywhere else I found these from amazon to be the best and have replaced all the interior lights with them. They are warm color and actually a little brighter than the 921's. And the first ones that were 'wifey approved' - Need I say more.

LOL! I had a heart attack when I saw the "$42.88" price. Then read down and realized that is for a pack of 10 bulbs.....

Do you have a link for the bulbs you bought?

I bought two different styles in the links below. I also bought two flood type bulbs for the bedroom reading lamps from a seller at Quartzsite in January for $6 each. My home town guy had them for $18 each. For the two batches noted below I paid $45 for 35 LED's. The LED's in the first link come in 10 and 20 piece packages. I bought one of each.

What did you find for replacing the porch / scare lights with?

I tried a few different premade and didn't find any bright enough. I built myself a 1000 lumen led lamp to fit in there, just barely.

I like the price drop in LED replacements. The first LED replacements I bought several years ago from Command were $22 each, now you can do an entire RV for $22.
