MS Glass Outlet Inc did poor work.

Had MS Glass install a new windshield to my cherry Dodge Cummins truck I've put so much time/ money and effort into. With only 90,000 miles never abused You would think that a company could take some small interest in doing a proper job.

They did not get the window trim gasket (top portion) inserted onto the glass edge before dropping it into the window sealant.

Headed back there on Monday, the sealant had already set up so instead of admitting they needed to redo the windshield they tried faking the trim with just a tiny bit of sealant and tapped it with blue tape. When asking about this they tried to blame me.... that I had pulled the first blue tape off improperly or too early when first installed, One gal going so far as to yelling and insisting it is my fault.

By the time I got home from the yelling and band aid fix the top molding was coming loose again. So I took the gasket off with very little effort,(had very little sealant), when it was supposed to be sealed down bedded all the way by first having it inserted onto the glass in proper fashion.

Anyway I'm taking this to the BBB also, but, I recommend you stay away from this company. They are paying piece rate to their employees and don't care about the customer. I had a bad impression of the place when first going in there and should have listened to my gut.

X2. I pay for everything with a credit card, partly for this reason. I've only had a few issues over the years, and each time the cc company dotted behind me 100#.

The BBB is nothing more than a sounding board for people like the OP to lodge a complaint about poor service, poor product quality, etc. They are not an enforcement agency ans will do nothing to assist the OP

Be careful, forum rules say;

Shoot! All I want is to warn people about poor workmanship from MS Glass Outlet Inc. They are in Seattle/ Bellevue/ Vancouver, Washington State. Also in Beaverton/ Milwaukie/ Oregon City/ Salem, Oregon.

You know especially if you guys are out traveling and need Glass service and don't notice a problem till you get down the road a ways.
That's a bad deal

I paid them in Cash unfortunately.

If your insurance paid them contact your insurance company. Some companies guaranty the work performed by repair companies. If your does put in a claim and get on with your life
