Need help with furnace on Forest River 5W 346ROT6

I am trying to help a camphost at 10000 ft cold with his furnace. He had heat to all registers before we replaced the furnace with the same model SUB furance. Furnace heat up great and blows air very hard in bed and bathroom. We have no air flow to his kit and Living room. Close Bed and Bath registers and get no flow to Kit and LR. Unhooked duck only at furnace. Duck comes out of furnace then to duck in bed and bath then goes towards Kit across floor to wall and down wall to the Kit and LR. Pulled of registers and in LR looking towards wall nothing blocking way. In bedrm looked down duck towards wall and see nothing blocking duck.

I have no idea what this could be.

Thank you for any ideas to fix this.

We are in CO in the wilderness and 4 1/2 hours to nearest RV dealer.

Thank you

You are dreaming if you think FR will be able to give you a ductwork diagram. You did not answer the question. DID YOU HAVE AIR FLOW BEFORE YOU CHANGED THE FURNACE? If so, then you have MISSED a Duct hose or 2. Do the Duct hoses go into the floor or are all run thru the cabinets? Doug

Doug,
A big thank you as I did not look at the bottom nor did the owner. We then took out the old FN and yes it had a cut out on bottom. We then cut out the bottom on new FN and know works like new.

The owner and I looked at each other and said how DUMB are we.

Owner and wife want to say a Big THANK YOU

Maybe if you remove the ducks, the air will flow through the ducts. :B

OK, IF you had air flow from the OLD furnace set up thru all registers and now you do NOT, you have either MISSED connecting a duct hose or you have a FLOOR duct connection(rectangular) that you did not knock out that plug which is NOT round. This type the furnace when installed SITS on top the underfloor duct assbly. You will still have the 4 inch round knock outs as well. Doug

PS, when I replace a same model furnace, the FURNACE is the only thing I replace. NOT the outer casing, because the ductwork is already punched out and connected.

No
But I have a newbie to central heating question...

In these systems are there no deflectors to modulate individual air vent air flows? Seems sorta strang relying on pure luck design to distribute heat evenly throughout the rig?

Will try a shop vac if we can find one as they are 50 miles from the nearest small town.

Thank you

Tank a shop vac, put the hose onto the outlet and shove the hose down each register. With the furnace out you should be able to notice air movement. Hair dryer may not have enough air flow

Yes, as we used the same back cover. Which had knock out in center. We tryed a hair dryer from kit pushing air back towards bath rm vent which is a 5' run then 4' up and 2' run back towards furnace, no air.

Thanks
Are the knockouts in the same relationship to the fan as the original?
