Back on 12/29/2017 you posted issues with SMOKE from breaker panel....but you never replied to the questions asked in that post about source of AC power etc.

Now you have more problems.

Can't help when you don't follow up
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Check that again. Most (but not all) of your symptoms could be caused by failure to distribute 12 V.
Fridge requires 12 V, so does thermostat probably.

If you don't have a multi-meter to chase voltages, NOW would be a good time to get one.

Check the reverse polarity fuses o the converter if equipped.
Check for circuit breaker adjacent to the batteries
Cycle your battery disconnect
EDIT Battery disconnect should not effect operation when plugged in.

Sounds like a DC problem, check on your DC Dist panel with a voltmeter for the presence of 12v. I
f none present work way back towards battery to find problem.
