With microwave on this 3,000 inverter from banggood, the only good "bang" could be the sound that it will make when blows up 🙂

Living semi-permanently in (almost) middle of nowhere, I would stick to 100 lb propane "cilindros". In outdoor kitchen of piece of plywood and ugly mesh.
