I have a separate 15A 120 power cord that i use to run the heater separate from the camper 30 amp service.
On my last trip, On two occasions the park's 120 power cord receptacle was the 20 amp type (the one with the blade that runs off perpendicular to the hot blade. So my 15 amp plug will not fit in there. i been searching for a puck style adapter that will let me adapt my 15 amp plug to the 20 amp receptacle. i probably am not using the right words on my search or something.
I would appreciate it if anyone has a quick link to one and would post it. Thanks in advance.
A standard 20 amp NEMA 5-20R should accept a 15 amp 5-15P without any problem A 6-20R is an opposite configuration and is 250 volt. They are the same size. Where was this found?
