What happened to the one you have? You may want to upgrade a bit, depending on your answer.
Regards, Don My ride is a 28 foot Class C, 256 watts solar, 556 amp-hours of Telcom jars, 3000 watt Magnum hybrid inverter, Sola Basic Autoformer, Microair Easy Start.
If you are planing on installing an inverter in the near future, consider buying an inverter/charge/automatic transfer switch.
Remove your current converter and wire the DC distribution panel directly to the battery. Wire the inverter/charge/automatic transfer switch directly to the battery. Wire the exterior shore power inlet to the inverter and the AC output of the inverter to the AC breaker panel. DONE !

Excellent, I was just coming back to ask that very question. I'm finding the Progressive Dynamics PD9245CV (Inteli-Power 9200 Series Converter/Charger with Charge Wizard - 45 Amp).
Looks like this is a better model to go with then? I just don't want to fry anything,... again.
