Slide help!

Need help with our bedroom slide. No issues for 8 years. Last few nights on this trip no problem either.

Now we just arrived at our destination for tonight and tried to put our slides. The front 2 work fine, the bedroom won't go out. I hear clicking. So I take the bed apart so I can see the motor. the motor shaft and manual crank nut is turning, but the gear that moves the slide track is not. There is a shaft that connects the two that is in place but "may" have shifted. It's hard to see and I don't know exactly how these work.

Anyone dealt with this before or familiar with my vintage Fleetwoods?

thanks!

Any idea what the part number is or a diagram of how this goes together. I'm pretty sure that Fleetwood used the same assembly in all their Diesels from 2005-2008 Discovery,Excursion, Providence, Expedition & Bounder.
