Kind of looks like a voice to text translation. Here's how I read it.
Okay here goes I have a 1998 American tradition. When I went to pack up last week the slide came in 3 inches and then stopped. I reversed the direction and the motor worked fine and brought the slide back out. I tried to run it back in but it only came in a few inches and stopped. I looked it over and noticed that the metal on the corner was bunched up.
The next day I cut away the metal and tried to bring the slide in. Again it started out fine but stopped and I could hear the motor laboring. I noticed that the left side of the slide came out but not the right said so it got crooked and bound up. I managed to use a ratchet to unlock the motor while pushing on inside of the slide and it came out. I looked again it seemed that the seal was swollen. Does anybody have any other ideas or has this happened to you?
Op I've never owned a slide so I probably can't help much. But when you say the metal was bunched up were there any obvious signs of impact? Was this a top or bottom corner of the slide?
