On my 2016 Bounder 35K, the 'living room' slide topper holds an enormous amount of water, due (in my thinking) the bowing of the tube toward the slide-causing a pooling situation. The awning is a Carefree, and they do not make a mid awning brace, to keep topper taught w/o bowing in. Dometic does make one for their awning. I am wondering if anyone has knowledge of this brace working with Carefree. Both companies say cannot use interchangeable with other's brand. Before investing 100+ to give a try, thought I'd ask the forum.......
I lost a topper within 2 months of buying the rig, after all said just pull slide in and water will roll off...well, I did and it got SUCKED inside the MH, had to cut it off and pry it out and of course buy a new one. Just trying to keep things simple...
