Slideout won't close

I have a 2010 Freedom Express 242rbs. I am having trouble moving the slide in. Have to push from outside while activating switch , or it tries to operate but only moves a few inches. Once it gets going it goes by itself. When the slide is in its tight at the top and sticks out about 1 inch at the bottom (looking from outside). Only name can find is Happy Jack on slide activation switch. Inside looks like stove end of slide is dragging. Only adjustment I can find is under stove cabinet and 1 under the sofa.

Thanks again for the info. I will investigate further. There is a hard plastic sheet covering the bottom of the trailer and I can't see anything , looks like job to remove. The trailer has been sitting for a month w/slide out. After cycling in and out several times it seems to be working. It also seems to seal better now when closed. We are going to use trailer this weekend and will see how it goes.

The Lippert electric slide has a "stop can" which can be adjusted in or out (threaded) If in the wrong position, this could stop the bottom of the slide from sealing all the way in.

if it is all electric... mine has a gear box underneath that 'splits' with a drive bar to each side. mine did that when i sheared a bolt in one side of the drive. It took me a few trys (measure to the wall closely ) to get them timed again but it was not that hard.

Thanks for the input! Am connected to Ac power. Batteries are hooked up and fully charged. Front of Sink Cabinet did hang-up on carpet when I put the slide out. I removed carpet when I tried to close. I did try to adjust the track brackets I found to raise inside of slide(1 under stove cab.+ 1 under sofa) a 1/4 inch. It seemed to help but power seems to shut off to slide motor(starts/Stops)Like a switch (pressure ?) stopping it. And once slide has moved 6 inches it goes ok.

On some of these slide setups it needs the extra power of the 12VDC Battery connected when being operated from Shore Power.

Might give that a try
