Suburban furnace very noisy

Hi, happy to be here, my first post, have a Suburban SF-30F, removed and checked for loose fan, everything nice and tight the only thing I thank may be causing all the noise was a Metal mount attached to the motor holding the Circuit board, only attached with one screw in the motor and nothing on the other end so I put a piece of pipe insulation on the other end to stop it from bouncing around. Put it back in place and now it wonโ€™t come on, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Joe

Does the fan spin freely using finger or straw? I use a straw with power connected, disconnect power if using finber. Check for power to ground at circuit breaker on both in and out terminals.
Did you wedge fan with pipe insulation?
Motor bearings go bad and make noise as fan hits housing.
