Unsure of the category for this question...

Once you've used a good oxidation removed product and have a bit of a shine is there anything else you can use to make it look extra shiny? Something that just wipes on and doesn't have to be wiped back off?

Like denatured alcohol? And liquid or paste colinite?

Parfe wax, it's a liquid wax that is sprayed onto the surface.

Acrylic sealers last longer, as does buffing out a good hard wax.

Ok, what am I doing wrong? After I do the oxidation removal step it looks shiny and feels smooth but this is what it looks like tonight, from just the right angle, under the street light. I did the work this morning in the shade. I was nice and dry.

I did the lower half of the nose and in the daylight it doesn't look like this.

So what kind of sealant would you recommend, and I'm guessing I need to better job with the wax before using that. It really looks pretty good during the day but I never feel like I'm getting a good even finish. I'd like to really put the effort into doing it right this time.

I like the Colinite polishing compound in liquid and paste fleetwax. Noth excellent products to work with. Power buffer make the job a snap.

The McGuire's has given me quite a headache. Previously I used Protect-All's Oxidation remover which seemed to have the same result but didn't seem as toxic.

I used their "cleaner wax" for the first time -- is that the one you mean?...thanks!
