But he didn't say if he replaced it with another RV faucet (which will probably have a flow restrictor in it) or a residential faucet.

It may not be a pressure issue. Many RV kitchen faucets have flow restrictors that limit the flow rate. Some can be removed - some can't. If this is the issue, replacement with a residential faucet should fix it.

If the galley tap is a modern residential version of anything with a single lever control, it may be plugged up with scale from the water heater. To clear this, you may have to figure out how to take it apart and find where the internal screen is so you can get the little ball of white scale out of it.

I have to do this with ours kind of regularly.

Why doesn't this happen at home? Because that water heater is bigger and the scale can collect in the bottom.

In one park I was at I had good flow from the park on a flow observation (no hose connected) but when I hooked to the RV nothign.. Turns out someone left a spigot open and the pump could not keep up.

Low flow at a SINGLE faucet indicates either a clogged faucet strainer (Replaced so we know that's not it) or a pinched line

Low flow at ALL faucets is indicitive of an RV Pressure Regulator of the 3/4" Cylinder type (Junk) Get a Valterra Adjustable and set it to 50 PSI give or take a bit or a Watts or Zurin 1/2 inch or larger in-ine with proper hose adapters.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

was the pressure bad at every faucet? if you're using one of. those cheap screw on water pressure regulators know that they are easily plugged up. if you have one remove it and see if that restores pressure?

Then it's not the faucet. Generally you can just clean the wire mesh filter on the end of the spout to restore flow. Are you sure the water pressure into the RV is good? A kinked line, or a plugged water filter are other possibilities. Are you using the water pump?
